Harley Float Kit 27576-88 89-91

Harley Float Kit for early Harley CV carburetors 1989-1991. Float kit includes the float plus a new pin. Replacement for Harley p/n 27576-88. For use on 89-91 Sportsters and 90-91 Big Twins with CV40 carburetors only. Will not fit models 1992 or later.*  For late model 92-06 CV carburetors use part 27576-92

Verify that your model uses the early style beige barrel-shaped float found only in pre-92 Harley CV carburetors.

Float valve sold separately

Professional installation recommended. 

Refer to you service manual when installing. The setting must be adjusted which requires readjusting the float level tab. Consult your service manual of a qualified service technician for installation instructions and measurements when adjusting the float height. 

*ONLY fits Harley CV40 carburetors 1989-1991 Sportster and 1990-1991 Evo Big Twin. Not for use on non-Harley models, other Keihin carburetors, Screamin' Eagle, or other non-HD models. Product is an aftermarket item designed as a direct OE replacement for the original factory product.
