    The CVP Rejet kit is designed for unmodified Harley CV carburetors and riders seeking to "Jet it and Forget it". This is Not a tuning kit. Rejet kits are only to correct the basic stock jetting of a carburetor. Cures the lean condition common when upgrading to an aftermarket air cleaner or a mild slip-on mufflers. Includes the correct size jets for your model, CVP's own Velocity Needle, and stainless steel bowl hardware. Available for all stock unmodified Harley constant velocity (CV) carburetors on 1989-2006 Big Twin and Sportster models. Not available for custom orders.

    * Included jets are predetermined for each model, no substitutions. Additional jet sizes may be ordered under the Jets category. Rejet kits are basic jet/needle replacement kits and do not include written instructions. Rejet kits are not a substiture for our full Tuner Kits. 

    Not compatible with DynoJet® parts, DynoJet® Slides, or aftermarket emulsion tubes.

    Use only with stock H-D or CVP parts. If our CVP main jet does not fit (wrong threads) you have a DynoJet or similar aftermarket tube that must be replaced with a factory tube (jet holder) p/n 27101-88 jet holder, or a CVP Emulsion Tube.

    NOT FOR USE ON 1998+ 1200S "Sport" dual plug models or Buell models. Jetting substitutions are not available of our Rejet Kits.
    Use our standard Tuners Kit or Deluxe Kits if you require custom jetting.
    **For EVO Big Twin models ridden at elevations above 5,000 feet, select a kit that is one jet size smaller to compensate for the altitude.
    Special or custom kits are not available. 

    Don't forget to add a Renewal Kit to renew your seals when doing any carburetor maintenance.

    Not compatible with DynoJet parts or DynoJet Thunderslides.

    I put the kit in and followed the directions on the site, no issues at all. The Harley runs great.
