Harley Float Kit for 1992-2006 Harley CV carburetors. Complete kit includes the float plus a new replacement mounting pin and float valve. Replacement for OEM p/n 27576-92. For use on 92-06 CV40 carburetors only. Will not fit in pre-92 models.*

• New 92-06 Float 27576-92
• Float Pin 27575-88A
• Float Valve 27886-78A

Professional installation recommended. 

Refer to the float level setting diagram when installing. The setting must be adjusted which requires readjusting the float level tab. Consult your service manual of a qualified service technician for installation instructions and measurements when adjusting the float height. 

*ONLY fits Harley CV40 carburetors 1992-2006. Not for use on non-Harley models, other Keihin carburetors, Screamin' Eagle, or other non-HD models. Product is an aftermarket item designed as a direct OE replacement for the original factory product.
