CVP's exclusive Velocity Emulsion Tube is a direct replacement for the stock Harley CV carburetor emulsion jet holder. Specially designed to provide a fine vortex pattern atomized mist for an optimal air/fuel mixture without impacting mileage. Unlike some aftermarket tubes, the Velocity Tube accepts both H-D factory and OEM replacement main jets for ease of tuning.

Available for all 1989-2006 Big Twin, Twin Cam, and Sportster models using Harley CV style carburetors. Direct replacement for H-D p/n 27101-88 jet holder.

Watch out for imitations, our emulsion tube is the only jet holder emulsion tube manufactured right here in the United States. If you see this image anywhere else know that you are viewing a knock-off or another seller has used our product image for their knock-off. Always insist on genuine CV Performance products to guarantee fit and performance.

Special Note: Unlike other aftermarket tubes, the CVP Velocity Tube will accept both CVP brand jets, OEM, Keihin and Harley-Davidson® original main jets. Will not accept DynoJet® main jets or various import jets using non-standard thread sizes.

After buying some jets they would not fit my carburetor. Turns out I had the dynojet tube who uses their own crazy thread sizing different from that of Harley. Bought this emulsion tube and it takes both Harley and the CVP jets I have. Problem solved and bike runs great now.
