California regulations state that certain aftermarket motorcycle parts are not legal for sale or for highway use in the state of California. Items subject to these regulations may include certain fuel system components, exhausts, and other parts that may alter or affect vehicle emissions.

CV Performance and the various brand products we sell may not be sold nor shipped to California. All products sold by or through CV Performance may not be used on any emission regulated vehicle in the state of California.

Therefore, our policy is as follows: CV Performance will not sell nor ship to any California customer or address in California any product that may be considered emission related or potentially violate any regulation in that state. This includes any replacement part that has not been approved for such use by the state of California, or any replacement part that may be misused in violation of any such state or federal regulation. Since we are unable to verify the proper use of any potentially regulated product, we will not sell nor ship such products to California.  Update: To avoid confusion, we do not sell or ship to California.
